Swansea Community Centre is governed by the board of Belmont Neighbourhood Centre and operates under the constitution and policies and procedures as outlined by Belmont Neighbourhood Centre.
Swansea Community Centre as a subsidiary of Belmont Neighbourhood Centre is funded by Department of Communities and Justice (DCJ) CAFS program.

Kylie is local to the area having grown up in Swansea/ Caves Beach and attended Caves Beach Primary and Swansea High School.
Kylie has worked for Belmont Neighbourhood Centre for over 12 years and is looking forward to bringing her knowledge and expertise to the Swansea community.
Stacey is a local, having attended Swansea High School and has raised her 3 children in the area. Stacey has strong ties to the community and volunteers in numerous roles at Caves Beach SLSC and also managers her daughter’s soccer team for Swansea Football Club.
Stacey has worked for Belmont Neighbourhood Centre for over four years and is excited to be able to share her experience and knowledge with Swansea, Belmont and surrounding communities.
Lynda grew up in the area and attended Caves Beach Primary and Swansea High School.
Lynda then went off to explore the big wide world and has recently moved back to the area, obviously realising there is no better place to be.
Lynda is new to the community services sector however is keen to engage with the community and ensure that they are getting the support and services that they need and deserve.
